Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 August 2026

1. Who we are

SOCIALY LTD, trading as logicllab, is the controller for the processing described in this policy.

Business address: Batthyány utca 67, 1015 Budapest, Hungary
Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom
Registered in England and Wales, company number 17184561

Contact for all data protection matters: privacy@logicllab.com

We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Art. 37 GDPR or §38 BDSG. Data protection questions are handled by Yevgeniy Matsulevych, reachable at the address above.

2. Two different roles

This policy covers personal data we process as a controller: information about visitors to this website and about people who contact us.

Personal data that reaches us inside our clients' systems is a separate matter. There we act as a processor on the client's documented instructions, under a data processing agreement concluded with that client, and we do not decide what is processed or why. Our standard agreement is available at /en/dpa.

3. What we process on this website

Server logs. Our hosting provider records the IP address of each request, the time, the page requested, the referring page, and the browser and operating system reported by the client. This happens for every website and cannot be switched off without switching off the server. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating the site securely and diagnosing faults. Retention: 30 days, after which the logs are deleted.

Contact by email or contact form. If you write to us, we process your name, email address, and whatever you choose to put in the message. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where you are asking about our services, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f). Retention: 24 months from the last message in the thread, unless a contract results, in which case commercial and tax retention periods apply.

Booking a consultation. Booking is handled by cal.eu on its own website. When you follow the link, you leave this site and that provider's privacy policy applies to what happens there. The provider passes us your name, email address, the time you selected, and anything you wrote in the booking form. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Retention: 24 months.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.

Because we store nothing on your device beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the page, we do not ask for consent under §25 TDDDG and there is no cookie banner.

4. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR in relation to visitors to this website.

5. Who else sees this data

We use the following processors for the website:

  • Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany — hosting and server logs
  • cal.eu — consultation bookings
  • [Email provider, legal name, country] — business email

Each is bound by a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where we are legally required to.

6. International transfers

We operate from Budapest, Hungary. Personal data collected through this website is processed within the European Economic Area.

We are incorporated in the United Kingdom, and some data may reach us there. On 19 December 2025 the European Commission renewed its adequacy decisions for the United Kingdom for a further six years, until 27 December 2031, subject to a review after four years. Any such transfer is covered by those decisions and requires no additional safeguards.

Where we in turn use a processor outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, the transfer is made under the Information Commissioner's International Data Transfer Agreement, or under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, in each case with the supplementary measures we have assessed as necessary. A copy is available on request.

7. Your rights

You have the right to ask us for access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), to have it corrected (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17), to restrict its processing (Art. 18), and to receive it in a portable form (Art. 20).

Right to object. You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing of your personal data that is based on our legitimate interests under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If you object, we will stop that processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms.

To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@logicllab.com. We answer within one month.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority — in the EU member state where you live or work, or where you believe the problem occurred.

8. Changes

We update this policy when what we do changes. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
