We build the systems an operation runs on, and we are still there when they run.
Four systems, in four industries that share no supplier, no regulator and no vocabulary: grain trading, ship operations, an airport terminal, an industrial catalogue. The same six steps underneath all four, and a domain model learned from scratch every time.
What we have built
Each of the four went into an operation that was already running, alongside the ERP, the industry system and the spreadsheet half of it actually ran on. Statuses are exact, including the two that are not in production yet.
AgriCore — Physical commodity trading. Closed testing on live deals at partner desks. Ten signed LOIs.
LogiSea — Maritime fleet operations. Three vessels in installation.
Airport Journey Orchestrator — Aviation. Twelve-week terminal pilot scoped. First engagement at contract stage.
Catalog Brain — Industrial distribution. Specification and standards matching, proven on real catalogues.
Who builds it, and who is still there afterwards
A small core decides. The person who designs your system is the person on the call, and the person still answering when it has been running a year — which is why a decision arrives inside the forty-five minutes rather than after them.
More than ten engineers build. Some on staff, some through partner firms, chosen for the domain rather than for availability: a maritime build and a catalogue build do not need the same people. The core stays constant between projects. Who builds does not, and should not.
What we take on
Systems an operation runs on: the ones that read what arrives, decide what can be decided reliably, route what cannot to the person who can, and write the result back into the system that owns the record. Three lines of work, four industries, and a domain model learned from scratch each time.
That is the whole list. Business intelligence and analytics, data migration as a service, MLOps platforms, fine-tuning, support chatbots and anything that would be called an AI strategy are other people's work, and better done by people who do only that.
What is sold is a system that runs, not people who are available. A price on a system comes after somebody has read the systems it has to live in. And the demonstration on the first call is real and costs nothing — engineering time starts at the first paid step.
